large room quality food helpful staff
the room size was large the bathroom featured a great shower a bonus was included snacks and drinks i also appreciated the convenient location near major attractions. breakfast proved convenient the food had high quality i particularly enjoyed the complimentary snack area available throughout the day. the staff were helpful with local area questions elevators accessed rooms the breakfast cafe was in the lobby

excellent stay!
quiet atmosphere kind staff quick taxi service delicious breakfast
i appreciated the hotel's quiet atmosphere. the staff were very kind. emilios helped us find a taxi quickly. the made-to-order breakfast was delicious
during my visit, i noticed that the snack options, previously included, had changed. i think a notification before my stay about those changes would have been useful.

free buffet convenient location limited options missing amenities
I found the location to be GREAT. The sightseeing bus starting point is nearby at Plaza Catalunya. The hotel offered a superb 24hour free buffet.
Previously, these options were included in the price. There was no coffee or hot water maker in the room, a CHALLENGE.

loud noise plumbing issue
Friendly staff helped me get around the city with ease.
The plumbing made loud noises whenever someone used the facilities, it was disruptive. The noise traveled through the walls at night. I found this quite bothersome.
